So Happy New Year to all the followers of The Quest for the Perfect Sunday Roast. In 2011 we visited a lot of wonderful pubs across this great city. We found Yorkshires that did yield to the fork, we gained recognition from several TV companies and welcomed new friends to the group.
While there will be much of the same in 2012 we must first give out heartfelt contrifibularities to The Red Lion and Sun in Highgate, our top Sunday Roast of 2011. And here is their certificate to prove it – soon to be printed and mailed.
Well deserved
And so onto this year. After a fortnight of recovery from the festive season (mince pies mostly) we shall start our quest again. Tally ho!
